Tonwerk Seminars have been held since early 2005. In cooperation with the "DRMV", the German rock an pop music association, and with the support of MAGIX, it was possible to offer interesting seminars that center around music production.

Based on his many years of professional experience as a (studio) musician, producer and label owner, lecturer Georg Berhausen-Land details many aspects of everyday production work in the seminars. The handling of applications such as Sequoia and Samplitude is the main content of the seminar.

Tonwerk Seminars concepts are not entirely theoretical. They have been developed from valuable experience during daily work and provide an insight into the tricks of the pro's. Specimen productions previously released under the Tonwerk Records label are used as examples for adding value to the seminar content.From autumn/fall 2005 we will see the publication of a series of manuals (including DVDs) by Georg Berhausen-Land that deals with the seminar topics. The first book of this series will deal with the topic of "mixing".
