How do I receive the product?
Immediately after the arrival of a signed rental contract at MAGIX AG (by fax or by post) we send you the product as a CD-ROM (including manual and packaging). If you have filled in the contract online, you must print out the contract and send it to MAGIX AG within 14 days.

How can I change from Sam for rent classic to Sam for rent professional?
No problem, anytime. The existing rental is cancelled, and a new SAM for rent professional rental contract valid for a minimum of 25 months begins. The downgrade from the professional version is not possible.

What happens when the contract expires?
You can extend the contract for a further 25 months and receive the new versions at a preferential monthly price of € 14.99 for Samplitude classic or € 29.99 for Samplitude professional. Again, you will receive all of the updates for free. If you don’t wish to extend the contract, you must return the software to MAGIX AG.

Can I buy the software once the contract has expired?
Yes, you can buy the license at a buy-out price of € 399 for Samplitude professional or € 199 for Samplitude classic.
