As a non-registered user, please send a copy of the original invoice and the original disk as proof of your entitlement for a Samplitude upgrade.
Proof for upgrade entitlement from an earlier Samplitude or Red Roaster version: Due to distributor changes and an non-uniform data maintenance in the past, it may be that you have to register again. If you have already registered yourself in the MAGIX database using Samplitude 6.0 or 7.0, you will receive your upgrade per email, telephone or post. Loss or retroactive proof of the serial number of Samplitude 6.0 or 7.0 may be quickly cleared up by writing to proservice@magix.net. If you would like to update your earlier Samplitude or Red Rooster version, please mail in your original unlock diskettes or CDs (with invoice/bill) as proof of your entitlement.

Crossgrade to Samplitude is possible from the following programs: Sonic Foundry (Sound Forge, ACID PRO), Steinberg (Cubase VST/SX/4, Wavelab & Nuendo), Apple (Waveburner Pro & all products of the Logic Audio Serie, except for Logic Fun and other Logic OEM Bundling Versions), Sonic Solution (Sonic Studio & comparable products), Digidesign (all products of the ProTools series), Cakewalk (Sonar), Creamware (TripleDat) and MOTU (Digital Performer). The offer excludes demo, free or trial versions of the named programs!

To receive an authorization as an owner of a program eligible for a crossgrade, send the cover of the original manual, the original DVD/CD or a readable portion of the packaging.
